At Blockli, Inc. (“Blockli,” “we,” “our,” “us”), we value your trust. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have when you use Blockli AI Assistant (“Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

We collect:

• Account Information – Name, email, phone, organization, payment details, and any optional profile fields you provide when creating or managing your Account.

• Content & Data – Text, files, and other data you or your systems send to us (e.g., WordPress, BuddyBoss, WooCommerce, CRM, or other integrations).

• AI Interactions – Prompts you submit and AI outputs generated in response.

• Usage Data – Logs of how you interact with the Services, including device info, IP address, and activity metrics.

• Support Data – Messages, tickets, or feedback you submit.

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services.

• Generate AI insights, workflows, and automations from your data and inputs.

• Personalize recommendations and features.

• Monitor usage and performance.

• Communicate with you (support, updates, billing).

• Comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data (which cannot reasonably identify you) for analytics, research, or product improvement.

We share information only as needed:

• With Service Providers – e.g., AI model providers, analytics, payment processors, CRM or integration partners.

• With Your Direction – when you connect third-party services (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, Twilio).

• For Legal & Safety Reasons – to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

• We keep your Account Information while your account is active.

• Usage and activity data may be cached temporarily for performance, and aggregated data may be retained for analytics.

• You can request deletion of your data at any time.

• After termination, we delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable timeframe, unless required by law to keep it.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal information will remain protected and require our third-party service providers and partners to have appropriate safeguards as well. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for unauthorized disclosure.

By using our Services or providing personal information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of our Services. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on our Services, by mail or by sending an email to you.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you (e.g., email or in-app). Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Policy.
